Buried penis
Buried Penis is a congenital or acquired condition (secondary to circumcision surgery, hypospadias or epispadias), in which the penis is partially or completely hidden below the surface of the skin.
It can lead to obstruction of urinary stream, poor hygiene, soft tissue infection, phimosis, and inhibition of normal sexual function.
Buried penis is manifested by an inconspicuous shaft of the penis, hidden or trapped by the layers of the foreskin, scrotum and abdominal wall.
